ReGeneration offers four services for business owners

Leadership Transition Training Program (LTTP) – Business owners approaching retirement often find they have no strong successor ready to take the reins. ReGeneration’s signature program provides a six-month intensive learning experience for next-generation family members or non-family general managers to ramp up their skills and knowledge with a 10-topic program covering all aspects of leadership and management. The program includes classroom sessions, peer advisory boards, and individual coaching, and includes topics like human resources, finances, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership. 18 slots available for September 2019 intake​. Peer Advisory Boards – ReGeneration facilitates monthly meetings with groups of like-minded, non-competing business owners. Members receive advice and insights from the rest of the group on whatever issues their business might be dealing with, and in turn they share their own expertise and ideas with others. Group members provide moral support as well as sound business advice, often staying together for many years and forming deep friendships in the process. The meetings are facilitated by a trained business coach, and are held in strictest confidence.

Business Foundations – ReGeneration’s Business Foundations Program provides a structured approach to enhancing leadership and accountability within your organization as the business gets ready for leadership transition. The process starts with documenting, understanding, and accepting the accountabilities held by your leadership team. The leadership team is then charged with creating and documenting a corporate vision. Once the vision has been crafted, understood and accepted by the leadership team it is then shared with the entire organization. The final step involves developing and implementing the regular meeting process necessary to share information, resolve issues, and continuously improve. Business Foundations is implemented over a 12-month period, providing the time for reflection, adjustment, and reinforcement of the practice. A ReGeneration coach will facilitate the process through the year of implementation.

Business Coaching – Your business coach helps you identify and clarify business issues, acts as a confidential sounding board, and provides ‘eye opening’ advice and ideas. He or she will provide tools to gauge the progress of your business, mediate disputes between owners or partners, and hold you accountable for progress in resolving issues. Your coach will guide you through the challenges that are paralyzing you, while respecting your strengths and supporting your decisions.
